[Verse]
One thing we ask of You
One thing that we desire
That as we worship You
Lord come and change our lives
[Chorus]
Arise, arise, arise, arise
Arise, take Your place
Be enthroned on our praise, arise
King of kings, Holy God, as we sing arise
Arise, arise, arise
We lift You up, we lift You up, We lift You up on our praises, yeah
We lift You up, we lift You up, We lift You up on our praises
Arise, arise, arise, arise, arise

In order to expand its reach, ARISE is committed to the establishment of Medical Clinics which have been bringing Primary Health Care to the doorsteps of different communities within Lagos State and Abuja. ARISE GOES TO SCHOOL
Arise Women initiated the Arise goes to school initiative which has visited Queens College and Methodist Girls High School, Lagos. In these schools, they offered medical care to students, teaching and non-teaching staff.
The Arise Women provided a generator to Rebecca’s room, a resource centre for the visually impaired students of Queens College, Lagos.
In Makoko, a riverine area in Lagos, Arise sponsored the building of a school, provided mattresses and mosquito nets to the pupils.D
The Handmaidens Women in Leadership Forum is a platform for bringing all women together irrespective of their Race, Tribe or Religion to enlighten and empower them sufficiently to enable them to have the desired impact on our society that they are uniquely crafted to have.
Today, we see relatively fewer women in top roles for various reasons including: lack of opportunity, fear of risks involved, the sacrifices and choices they have to make and the perception that they must compromise to get to the top. We also see many women with immense potential who are not achieving their God-given destinies.
Our objective is to challenge more women to take on positions of responsibility in line with scriptural principles and ensure we impact our homes, businesses and society positively in growing our nation.
In addition to this, The Arise Women’s Conference holds annually on the last Saturday of October together with the health fair where all women come together. At the Conference health checks and consultations including eye tests, dental checks, fertility clinics, cancer screening centres, sickle cell anaemia are carried out free of charge on all attendees. We have the major medical consultants, leading hospitals and professionals at the fair.
ARISE is committed to accelerating nation building through the empowerment of women in the society. In achieving this, ARISE has been able to train thousands of women in various skills through its annual Skill Acquisition Programmes in collaboration with the Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation. Man of the students have themselves become trainers in the skills acquired. Skills acquired include Soap Making, Hat Making, Sewing Classes, Bead Making, Make-Up Classes, Event Management and Planning and Traditional Wedding Compering. Work tools like freezers, pepper-grinding machines, sewing machines etc. have also been donated to women in support of their businesses.
Still on the area of women empowerment, ARISE recently sponsored women to acquire skills in leather works i.e. Shoe, Bag an Belt Making for a period of three months at the Inspire Vocational Academy.
In the course of 2018, it is worthy to note that the ARISE Women have empowered several women to expand their businesses through the Instagram competition where the winners have been given a grant of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) each towards their businesses.
